Most notable is the Cape-to-Cape track. It is a 123km track connecting lighthouse of Cape Leeuwin in the south with Cape Naturalise in the north. Traversing spectacular costal cliffs and headlands and forests, there is beautiful scenery around every corner. You don’t have to take on the whole 123kms, the track has sections that are perfect for a full or part of a day hike.

The Region is home to some amazing Caves. They are a must and great to explore in all weather. If you can only visit one, we recommend Jewel Cave. It is the largest cave in WA with three massive chambers. Organise a guided tour through Margaret River Caves and Lighthouses.

The water may be on the colder side, but that doesn’t mean the beaches aren’t ready to be enjoyed! With less people around you can have the whole beach to yourself. Meet your mates with your favourite picnic blanket and a basket of goodies. Just make sure you choose a day that isn’t too windy, take a jacket and a warm drink in a thermos.
