Description

Horse Riding adventures for all abilities! Ride out across the working horse farm on one of our lovely Australian Stock Horses, or venture out for a slow relaxed ride through the forest....its your choice!

If you're part of a group but don't want to ride you can relax up at the cottage toasting marshmallows around the campfire and catching up on some reading. You're welcome to wander through the forest (marked bushwalking trails) or sit near the playground while the children play. It's just a little homemade play area but there's plenty of sand to dig and a cute cubby house full of toys! There's also loads of great books!

Prices start as low as $55 for a one hour Horse Riding Session.

WHEN CHOOSING A HORSE RIDE

Novice – You are capable of mounting and dismounting unassisted, comfortable and in control at the walk, can trot for moderate lengths. Can attempt a canter with guidance.

Intermediate – You are confident and in control at all paces in an outdoor environment however only ride intermittently.

Strong intermediate – You are an intermediate rider who is currently riding regularly and is comfortable in the saddle for at least 6 hours per day.

Advanced – All of the above, and you also are capable of handling a spirited horse in open country.

Cancellation Policy: For the sake of our horses and crew please let Jesters Flat Equestrian know of cancellations or booking changes at least 48hours prior to the booking date. The organization for a horse riding tour can take up to 2hours prior to a ride so please be considerate of our riding instructors when considering changes to your bookings! Cancellations made more than 48hours before a booked tour will incur a charge of 25% of the total booking fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a booked tour will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking fee. In this event a credit for the tour will be given towards a future tour if possible. If a rider is unable to continue with their ride once mounted and at their own request no refund will be issued.

Rider Ability: Although many of our horseriding experiences offer good scope for trotting and cantering along the way the opportunity will be dependent upon rider ability group size and environmental conditions on the day. Your guide will advise as your safety and the comfort of the horses is paramount.
