Bookings must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made inside the 48 hour period will be charged a fee of one nights accommodation. All no shows will be charged for the first nights accommodation. Group Bookings: Group bookings (10 or more rooms) must be cancelled at least 28 days prior to arrival date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made inside the 28 day period will be charged a fee of one nights accommodation per room.
