Operating between April and November, Windward invites you to experience the romance and adventure of the worlds oldest and most pure form of flight. Departing from Northam, a short drive from Perth, flights lift off just before sunrise, allowing you to witness from the air the first signs of dawn shedding light over the patchwork of colours within the Avon Valley.
Drifting gently over the valley for up to an hour allows you plenty of time to take in the panoramic views of this rural landscape with its rolling hills, lush green fields and meandering streams.
After the flight celebrate in style with a sumptuous breakfast and champagne in the French tradition.

Windward Balloon Adventures is Western Australia's oldest and most experienced Commercial Balloon Operator, offering Champagne Balloon Flights over the picturesque Avon Valley at Northam from April to late November.
1. If you do not arrive at the venue for the flight no refund will be made. 2. No cancellations or changes to flight bookings will be accepted within 7 days prior to flight and no refund given. In all other instances if you require a refund there will be an administration fee of $25 per person (Gift vouchers and E-vouchers are not refundable). 3. Safety is paramount in our operations and the conduct and duration of your flight is totally at the pilot's discretion. 4. Personal belongings taken on board are not the responsibility of Windward Balloon Adventures. 5. Hand baggage and selfie sticks may not be carried in the balloon and must be left with our retrieve crew for the duration of our flight.
